RETURNS
As each piece is made to order, returns or exchanges aren’t available for change of mind, wrong size, or preference. Please double-check the size guide and product details before placing your order — if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and I’ll happily help you choose the right fit!
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me email within 7 days of receiving your item.
I’ll do my best to make it right — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be processed if an item is faulty or significantly not as described. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (direct deposit).
